Portant, les fournisseurs de bornes de recharge affirment que leurs bornes sont toutes op\u00e9rationnelles dans 95 \u00e0 98\u00a0% des cas. En d\u00e9pit de cette affirmation, bien des clients se plaignaient du laxisme de certains r\u00e9seaux d\u2019o\u00f9 cette \u00e9tude.<br \/> Plus de 600 bornes visit\u00e9es<br \/> Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9valu\u00e9 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de charge de 657 connecteurs CCS (syst\u00e8me de charge combin\u00e9) EVSE (\u00e9quipement de service pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques) sur l&#8217;ensemble des 181 stations de charge publique ouvertes DCFC (chargeurs rapides \u00e0 courant continu) dans la r\u00e9gion de la baie de San Francisco. Un EVSE a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 comme fonctionnel s&#8217;il a charg\u00e9 un VE pendant 2 minutes ou s&#8217;il \u00e9tait en train de charger un VE au moment o\u00f9 la station a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e. Dans l&#8217;ensemble, 72,5\u00a0% des 657 EVSE \u00e9taient fonctionnels.
