Le probl\u00e8me tient au fait que seulement une partie des pays pr\u00e9sents se sont engag\u00e9s. La Chine et la Russie qui sont absentes au sommet de Glasgow ainsi que les \u00c9tats-Unis, le Japon, la France ou l&#8217;Allemagne ont refus\u00e9 de signer l\u2019entente. M\u00eame chose chez les constructeurs automobiles. Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz et Volvo ont sign\u00e9. Toutefois,\u00a0 Toyota, Volkswagen, Stellantis, Renault-Nissan et Hyundai-Kia ont refus\u00e9 de signer.<br \/> Renouveler un engagement<br \/> Les pays et les constructeurs qui ont sign\u00e9 l\u2019accord avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 publiquement annonc\u00e9 cette d\u00e9marche auparavant et comme le Canada n\u2019ont fait que renouveler une promesse qu\u2019ils avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 faite. On ne peut donc dire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une grande nouvelle. C\u2019est un engagement assez timide. \u00c0 l\u2019exception de Toyota qui a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ses activit\u00e9s mondiales rendraient &#8220;difficile&#8221; le respect de l&#8217;engagement pour 2035, les autres constructeurs automobiles qui n\u2019ont pas sign\u00e9 l\u2019entente n\u2019ont pas expliqu\u00e9 pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p> Cela ne s&#8217;annonce pas bien, puisque les deux plus grands constructeurs automobiles ont refus\u00e9 de s&#8217;engager dans la transition \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p> Parmi les autres raisons qui ont pouss\u00e9 ces entreprises \u00e0 rester en dehors de l&#8217;engagement figurent probablement les co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du d\u00e9veloppement des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et le d\u00e9sir de ne pas s&#8217;enfermer dans un accord qu&#8217;elles pourraient \u00eatre incapables de respecter.<\/p>\n<p> Cette d\u00e9cision ne gagnera pas les faveurs des \u00e9cologistes, en<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Certains constructeurs automobiles et certains pays se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 ne vendre que des\u00a0 voitures neuves sans \u00e9mission sur les principaux march\u00e9s d&#8217;ici 2035 ou avant.
