Le constructeur am\u00e9ricain <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cadillac<\/span><\/span> cessera de prendre des commandes d\u00e8s la semaine du 20 avril 2026, avant une fin de production officielle fix\u00e9e au 25 juin. Cela signifie qu\u2019\u00e0 tr\u00e8s court terme, les acheteurs devront se rabattre sur les inventaires existants chez les concessionnaires. Une situation classique en fin de vie\u2026 mais qui confirme surtout une tendance lourde : la disparition progressive des berlines compactes chez les marques de luxe.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"cae0tn\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1035\">Une carri\u00e8re courte et sans rel\u00e8ve<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1292\">Lanc\u00e9e en 2020 pour remplacer la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cadillac ATS<\/span><\/span>, la CT4 n\u2019aura connu qu\u2019une seule g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Contrairement \u00e0 la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cadillac CT5<\/span><\/span>, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019une nouvelle mouture, aucune rempla\u00e7ante directe n\u2019est pr\u00e9vue. Un choix strat\u00e9gique qui refl\u00e8te une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 : les consommateurs d\u00e9sertent les petites berlines au profit des VUS, m\u00eame dans le segment premium.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1yk3wi9\" data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1489\">Une gamme pourtant bien \u00e9toff\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1716\">La CT4 n\u2019a jamais manqu\u00e9 d\u2019arguments sur le plan technique. Offerte en plusieurs d\u00e9clinaisons \u2014 Luxury, Sport et Premium Luxury \u2014 elle proposait une architecture classique \u00e0 propulsion, de plus en plus rare dans la cat\u00e9gorie. Le moteur de base, un quatre cylindres turbo de 2,0 litres (237 ch), pouvait \u00eatre jumel\u00e9 \u00e0 un rouage int\u00e9gral. Une option plus muscl\u00e9e de 2,7 litres (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 310 ch) ajoutait du caract\u00e8re, surtout dans les versions sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"9vrikl\" data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2002\">Les versions V et Blackwing : le chant du cygne<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2095\">C\u2019est toutefois avec les mod\u00e8les de performance que la CT4 a r\u00e9ellement marqu\u00e9 les esprits. La <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cadillac CT4-V<\/span><\/span> proposait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience relev\u00e9e avec 325 chevaux, mais c\u2019est la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing<\/span><\/span> qui incarnait le sommet de la gamme. Avec son V6 biturbo de 3,6 litres d\u00e9veloppant 472 chevaux, exclusivement en propulsion et disponible avec bo\u00eete manuelle, la Blackwing repr\u00e9sentait une esp\u00e8ce en voie d\u2019extinction : la berline compacte am\u00e9ricaine, radicale et analogique.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1mli5h6\" data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2578\">Une r\u00e9organisation industrielle en arri\u00e8re-plan<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2780\">La disparition de la CT4 n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une question de positionnement produit. Elle s\u2019inscrit aussi dans une r\u00e9organisation industrielle plus large orchestr\u00e9e par <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">General Motors<\/span><\/span>. L\u2019usine de Lansing Grand Rapids lib\u00e9rera ainsi de la capacit\u00e9 pour accueillir de nouveaux projets, dont une future berline <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Buick<\/span><\/span> et possiblement une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Chevrolet Camaro<\/span><\/span> \u00e0 partir de 2027.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1260xqj\" data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3084\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3217\">D\u2019un point de vue strictement commercial, la d\u00e9cision est coh\u00e9rente. Mais du point de vue des passionn\u00e9s, c\u2019est une autre histoire. La CT4 \u2014 surtout en version Blackwing \u2014 incarnait une certaine id\u00e9e de la conduite : compacte, nerveuse, propulsion, avec une vraie connexion m\u00e9canique. Une philosophie qui dispara\u00eet peu \u00e0 peu dans une industrie tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019\u00e9lectrification et les utilitaires.
