La mouture 2026 hybride rechargeable du Sportage ne suit plus la parade, il s\u2019impose comme un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre pour un VUS compact \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. Mais forc\u00e9ment, il vient avec une facture qui force la r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n<p>Le Sportage 2026 a certainement fi\u00e8re allure. Son imposante calandre et sa signature lumineuse orang\u00e9e tr\u00e8s affirm\u00e9e, il joue la carte de l&#8217;audace stylistique. C&#8217;est massif, c&#8217;est moderne, \u00e7a rend ce VUS compact plus imposant sur la route.<\/p>\n<p>De base, son moteur atmosph\u00e9rique de 2,5 litres manque cruellement de souffle. La version branchable joue dans une tout autre ligue. Son moteur turbo de 1,6 litre est jumel\u00e9 \u00e0 un moteur \u00e9lectrique nourri par une batterie de 13,8 kWh. \u00c7a donne une puissance combin\u00e9e de 261 chevaux et un couple de 258 lb-pi.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une belle diff\u00e9rence. Le Sportage d\u00e9colle avec une bonne vigueur gr\u00e2ce au couple instantan\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9lectrique. La transition entre les modes de propulsion n\u2019est pas toujours de la meilleure fluidit\u00e9, avec un l\u00e9ger \u00e0-coup qu\u2019on peut ressentir parfois. Mais c\u2019est une motorisation qui va vraiment bien avec le gabarit du v\u00e9hicule. Les reprises sont rassurantes et les d\u00e9passements se font facilement.<\/p>\n<p>Cela dit, le Sportage hybride branchable n&#8217;a aucune pr\u00e9tention sportive. Son comportement routier est ax\u00e9 sur le confort. L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de conduite est feutr\u00e9e et silencieuse. Il est lourd, la suspension n\u2019absorbe pas toujours les nids-de-poule, mais on est loin des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ant\u00e9rieures, souvent critiqu\u00e9es pour leur s\u00e9cheresse.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 son poids, encore, le roulis est pr\u00e9sent mais ma\u00eetris\u00e9. La direction est pr\u00e9cise. Son silence de fonctionnement en mode \u00e9lectrique est ce qui rend ce VUS un peu plus luxueux, dans le sens de confortable.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;habitacle est bien dessin\u00e9 et domin\u00e9 par une large dalle incurv\u00e9e qui int\u00e8gre deux \u00e9crans de 12,3 pouces. La qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux a fait un bond de g\u00e9ant. Cependant, tout n&#8217;est pas rose au royaume de l&#8217;ergonomie. Sa barre de commandes tactile \u00e0 double fonction, situ\u00e9e sous l&#8217;\u00e9cran central, va faire rager plus d\u2019un conducteur, et m\u00eame son passager, surtout l\u2019hiver (avec les gants).<\/p>\n<p>Cette barre contr\u00f4le alternativement la climatisation et le syst\u00e8me multim\u00e9dia. Le probl\u00e8me ? Elle dissimule en permanence une moiti\u00e9 des commandes. Vous voulez monter le volume ? Assurez-vous d&#8217;\u00eatre dans le bon mode, sinon vous augmenterez la temp\u00e9rature de l&#8217;habitacle.<\/p>\n<h3>C&#8217;est une fausse bonne id\u00e9e, voil\u00e0.<\/h3>\n<p>\nMais bon. C&#8217;est \u00e0 la pompe que le Sportage hybride branchable abat sa meilleure carte. Il exploite intelligemment une cinquantaine de kilom\u00e8tres d&#8217;autonomie \u00e9lectrique, qui sont moins nombreux l\u2019hiver (et que le tableau de bord d\u2019indique pas) et si on le recharge chaque jour, on obtient, l\u2019hiver, une consommation de 5,5 litres aux 100 km. Pour un VUS \u00e0 traction int\u00e9grale de s\u00e9rie, c&#8217;est un tr\u00e8s bon r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p>Ce Sportage est vendu au Canada \u00e0 un prix qui va de 49 000 $ \u00e0 52 000 $. Il n&#8217;est pas donn\u00e9. Mais c\u2019est un v\u00e9hicule hybride branchable abouti, confortable et esth\u00e9tiquement r\u00e9ussi.
