Une d\u00e9cision qui surprend, m\u00eame si GM avait pr\u00e9venu qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une \u00ab production limit\u00e9e \u00bb. Manifestement, le terme \u00e9tait \u00e0 prendre au pied de la lettre.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"857\">Tarifs, subventions et ventes au ralenti<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1026\">La Bolt EV est assembl\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019usine GM de Fairfax, au Kansas. Toutefois, le constructeur a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9organiser l\u2019utilisation de cette usine, principalement en raison des tarifs douaniers am\u00e9ricains, de la fin du cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t f\u00e9d\u00e9ral am\u00e9ricain pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 7 500 $ US), et du ralentissement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des ventes de VE aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Sans subvention f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, la Bolt perd un avantage cl\u00e9 qui faisait historiquement son succ\u00e8s : un prix d\u2019entr\u00e9e agressif.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1387\">Fairfax change de vocation<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1466\">Actuellement, la Bolt est le seul v\u00e9hicule produit \u00e0 Fairfax. Or, GM pr\u00e9voit de rapatrier la Chevrolet Equinox \u00e0 essence du Mexique vers le Kansas d\u00e8s 2027, puis, en 2028, d\u2019y transf\u00e9rer la production de la Buick Envision, actuellement assembl\u00e9e en Chine. Ces relocalisations visent directement \u00e0 \u00e9viter les tarifs. Dans ce contexte, maintenir la Bolt EV n\u2019a plus de logique industrielle pour GM, surtout qu\u2019un d\u00e9placement vers une autre usine hors des \u00c9tats-Unis l\u2019exposerait \u00e0 des droits de douane suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019importation.<\/p>\n<h3>Une ic\u00f4ne \u00e9lectrique malgr\u00e9 tout<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2092\">La Chevrolet Bolt originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e-mod\u00e8le 2017. Elle repr\u00e9sentait alors une premi\u00e8re pour GM un V\u00c9 abordable \u00e0 autonomie respectable produit \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. En 2022, GM a ajout\u00e9 la Bolt EUV, plus longue et au style l\u00e9g\u00e8rement utilitaire. En 2023, Ressources naturelles Canada \u00e9valuait l\u2019autonomie de la Bolt \u00e0 417 km. La version 2027 promettait un l\u00e9ger gain \u00e0 422 km, insuffisant toutefois pour renverser la vapeur.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2498\">Une gamme \u00e9lectrique toujours bien garnie<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2608\">La fin de la Bolt ne signifie pas l\u2019abandon de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification chez Chevrolet. La marque propose toujours l\u2019Equinox EV, le Blazer EV et le Silverado EV.
