Le constructeur allemand vient de lancer un rappel demandant \u00e0 certains conducteurs de <strong data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"704\">limiter la recharge \u00e0 80 %<\/strong> afin d\u2019\u00e9viter un possible court-circuit de la batterie pouvant mener \u00e0 un incendie.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"833\">Un risque r\u00e9el de \u00ab thermal event \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"1021\">Mercedes parle d&#8217;un court-circuit \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des cellules pourrait d\u00e9clencher un feu, un sc\u00e9nario qu\u2019on conna\u00eet trop bien dans l\u2019univers des V\u00c9. Le rappel vise <strong data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1055\">169 v\u00e9hicules<\/strong> en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, soit :<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1108\">100 EQB 300 4MATIC<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1130\">48 EQB 350 4MATIC<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1155\">21 EQB 250 \u00e0 un moteur<\/li>\n<p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1198\">Un probl\u00e8me qui n\u2019est pas nouveau<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1426\">En d\u00e9but de 2025, Mercedes avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 rappel\u00e9 plus de <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1282\">7 000 EQB aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong> pour un risque similaire, avec exactement la m\u00eame consigne : ne pas d\u00e9passer 80 % de charge jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019application d\u2019une mise \u00e0 jour logicielle.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1565\">Les EQB touch\u00e9s sont des mod\u00e8les <strong data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1495\">MY2022-2023 dits \u201cearly stage\u201d<\/strong>. Les batteries plus r\u00e9centes seraient, selon Mercedes, plus robustes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1618\">Une simple mise \u00e0 jour\u2026 mais pas avant 2026<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1868\">M\u00eame si les batteries sont jug\u00e9es moins r\u00e9sistantes, Mercedes ne pr\u00e9voit pas les remplacer. Les propri\u00e9taires devront se rendre chez le concessionnaire <strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1792\">au d\u00e9but de 2026<\/strong> pour une mise \u00e0 jour logicielle cens\u00e9e \u00e9liminer le risque de court-circuit. Pire encore : un EQB stationn\u00e9 pourrait s\u2019enflammer <strong data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1954\">sans avertissement pr\u00e9alable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1982\">Autonomie amput\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2234\">L\u2019EQB 350 affiche d\u00e9j\u00e0 une autonomie EPA modeste de <strong data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2058\">227 miles (366 km)<\/strong> \u00e0 100 %. En limitant la recharge \u00e0 80 %, on tombe \u00e0 environ <strong data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2141\">180 miles (290 km)<\/strong>, et avec une marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, parfois \u00e0 peine <strong data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2212\">150 miles (242 km)<\/strong> entre deux recharges.
