Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, l\u2019industrie utilisait simplement des versions r\u00e9duites de mannequins masculins, un compromis d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 depuis des d\u00e9cennies par les experts en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce nouveau mod\u00e8le, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Humanetics \u2014 le leader mondial des mannequins d\u2019essais de collision \u2014 l\u2019objectif est de mieux comprendre comment les femmes r\u00e9agissent physiquement lors d\u2019un accident. Le r\u00e9sultat : un mannequin nomm\u00e9 THOR-05F, d\u00e9voil\u00e9 en novembre et con\u00e7u \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es anatomiques beaucoup plus r\u00e9alistes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repr\u00e9senter l\u2019anatomie f\u00e9minine pour sauver des vies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon Chris O\u2019Connor, PDG d\u2019Humanetics, l\u2019un des avantages les plus significatifs est la forme du bassin : \u00ab Le bassin f\u00e9minin est plus arrondi et ne retient pas la ceinture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re \u00bb, explique-t-il. Ce d\u00e9tail, d&#8217;apparence triviale, influence directement le risque de blessures graves, notamment au niveau de l\u2019abdomen et des hanches en cas d\u2019impact.<\/p>\n<p>THOR-05F simule aussi plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le cou, la cage thoracique et l\u2019abdomen f\u00e9minins, permettant la collecte de donn\u00e9es in\u00e9dites.
