Selon Ressources naturelles Canada, 88 % des ports de recharge se trouvent en Colombie-Britannique, en Ontario et au Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 soit les provinces responsables de 92 % des ventes de V\u00c9 en 2024. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre que souligne le cabinet-conseil montr\u00e9alais <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1113\">Dunsky \u00c9nergie + Climat<\/strong>, qui \u00e9value les besoins nationaux \u00e0 plus de <strong data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1176\">100 000 bornes<\/strong>, alors qu\u2019on en compte actuellement <strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1231\">\u00e0 peine 35 000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1301\">Les locataires et r\u00e9gions rurales, les oubli\u00e9s de la transition<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1634\">\u00ab Il faut absolument garantir une transition \u00e9quitable vers les V\u00c9, notamment pour ceux qui vivent en immeubles sans acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une borne \u00e0 domicile \u00bb, insiste <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1475\">Jeff Turner<\/strong>, directeur de la mobilit\u00e9 chez Dunsky. Une probl\u00e9matique criante pour les Canadiens en logement urbain ou en r\u00e9gion rurale, o\u00f9 les infrastructures sont rares. Ottawa a lanc\u00e9 en 2024 un appel de projets pour l\u2019installation de nouvelles bornes, publiques et priv\u00e9es. Turner affirme avoir parcouru deux fois l\u2019itin\u00e9raire Montr\u00e9al\u2013Halifax en V\u00c9 l\u2019an dernier, profitant de bornes rapides rechargeant \u00e0 80 % en 30 \u00e0 35 minutes, voire 20 pour les mod\u00e8les les plus performants.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2341\">Objectifs ambitieux, mais infrastructures insuffisantes<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2592\">D\u00e8s 2026, Ottawa exigera que <strong data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2407\">20 % des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers neufs<\/strong> vendus soient des mod\u00e8les z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission, avec une cible de 100 % en 2035. L\u2019industrie automobile conteste cette obligation, craignant des ruptures d\u2019offre pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 essence.
