Contrairement \u00e0 son plan initial qui pr\u00e9voyait uniquement des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques apr\u00e8s 2025, la marque introduira des motorisations hybrides dans ses mod\u00e8les thermiques d\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Ces hybrides seront suivis par des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 prolongateur d\u2019autonomie (EREV), une technologie particuli\u00e8rement prometteuse pour le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les VUS d&#8217;abord<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nLe premier mod\u00e8le hybride de Genesis sera bas\u00e9 sur le populaire GV70 et est attendu d\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. La marque cible d\u2019abord les VUS, segments prioritaires pour les consommateurs. Les EREV, eux, arriveront en 2027, d\u00e9butant avec le GV70, qui deviendra le premier mod\u00e8le Genesis \u00e0 proposer quatre types de motorisation : thermique, hybride, prolongateur d\u2019autonomie et \u00e9lectrique pur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le prolongateur d\u2019autonomie (EREV) ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nLes EREV combinent une petite batterie \u00e9lectrique et un moteur thermique utilis\u00e9 uniquement pour recharger la batterie, offrant ainsi une autonomie prolong\u00e9e. Contrairement aux hybrides classiques, ils sont per\u00e7us par les r\u00e9gulateurs nord-am\u00e9ricains comme proches des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Hyundai estime que ses EREV pourront atteindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 900 km d\u2019autonomie (batterie et r\u00e9servoir plein). Leur co\u00fbt de fabrication est r\u00e9duit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une batterie plus petite, ce qui les rendra financi\u00e8rement attractifs, notamment pour les march\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains et chinois.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Production locale et ambition mondiale<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nLe GV70 hybride sera fabriqu\u00e9 en Alabama, tandis que l\u2019EREV sera produit dans l\u2019usine de Hyundai en G\u00e9orgie, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des mod\u00e8les Ioniq 5 et Ioniq 9. Genesis pr\u00e9voit de vendre 40 % de v\u00e9hicules hybrides d\u2019ici 2028, soit environ 1,33 million d\u2019unit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Une vision \u00e9largie de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nEn offrant des options allant de la motorisation thermique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrique pur, Genesis \u00e9largit son attractivit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande de march\u00e9 diversifi\u00e9e. Cette approche pourrait \u00e9galement s\u2019\u00e9tendre aux marques Hyundai et Kia, consolidant ainsi la position du groupe sur diff\u00e9rents segments de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification.
